COAR, Lyon, 2019
The full International BBQ Planning Committee met for the first time in 2 years in the lovely city of Lyon. This particular summit was notable for the decision to adopt the mozarella logo in honour of the Committee's Patron Saint, Nigella Lawson.
In addition, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of COAR, when Paolo made a splendid speech in which he was rude about the British.
Altogether now, "mozarellllla!"
